Due to the lack of bread options in Taipei, I began baking American-style sourdough breads in 2022.Friends started requesting loaves and eventually I built a website to intake weekly preorders. Founded in 2018, I joined the Thesis team in 2020 to revamp their order flow.Eventually, I took over management of the order fulfillment process and assisted with website maintenance.
